Terms and Conditions
These general conditions of sale govern the sale of goods by us, At.Flo Limited, to you, the customer, by e-mail and through our website at www.atflo.co.uk, or by any other means to our customer service and our customers. We will make any refund made under these terms and conditions within 14 days of receipt of the article by you or proof of acceptance of acceptable items by us.
All payments for the goods must be made at the time of the order. We will not book or ship the goods until payment is received. The ownership of the goods will be transferred to you once we have received full payment. We cannot accept checks or cash as online payments. Note: Your password verified by Visa, Mastercard Secure Code ™ or AMEX Safekey is not the same as your At.Flo account. At.Flo does not have access to your Verified by Visa, Mastercard Secure Code ™ or AMEX Safekey password.
The products are billed in pounds sterling at the price in effect at the time of your order. The prices posted on the website include the value-added tax that will be applied at the rate in effect, if any. Products may be subject to variation. If there is an error, we will contact you as soon as possible. You will be able to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it. If we are unable to contact you, your order for the incorrectly priced item will be cancelled and we are not obligated to fulfil such orders. Shipping costs are an additional cost. At.Flo does not accept payment checks.

Please note that special characters, clip art, emoticons, etc. are not recognised. Please decide on your message before placing an order as an amendment after the order has been placed may not be possible.
The gift message will be placed in an envelope inside the delivery or in a pocket inside the packaging cover. Unfortunately, we are not able to include personal envelopes with your gifts or offer a gift-wrapping service at the moment.

Food, food baskets and gift boxes
The baskets and gift boxes contain only the items listed. Certain vintages of wine may vary depending on availability and the props used in the photograph are NOT included in the baskets or bouquets unless otherwise stated. The packaging may vary. In case of supply difficulties, we reserve the right to substitute items of equal or greater value. Baskets with cold bags will only stay cold until delivery; the responsibility for refrigeration lies with the recipient.
The baskets containing fresh food will be delivered in cooler bags or boxes that will keep items in good condition until delivery time; you must therefore make sure that there is someone to accept these items because the responsibility for their refrigeration lies with the recipient.
Food, alcohol, drinks are perishable and often have a fast expiration date. Therefore, food products, alcohol, beverages, food baskets are excluded from your legal right to return your purchases within 14 working days.
Cancellations before or after the expedition
Once placed, it may not be possible to prevent the sending of an order. Similarly, once shipped, we cannot stop the delivery or cancel the order. Right to cancel and return purchases
You have the right to cancel your order without cause within 14 days from the day after receipt of the goods.

You will receive instructions on the place of return of the goods, which must be made without undue delay and, in any case, within 14 days of our notification.
After receipt and verification of the goods, a refund of the goods and the standard delivery charges (the premiums are not refundable) will be issued as soon as possible. Items damaged in transit, defective and incorrect
If you take delivery of a package from us and the goods delivered to you have been damaged during transport, we will exchange these items at no cost to you, or (with the exception of perishable and other goods above) for a period of 30 days from the date of sale, you will provide a refund. We will check the items upon their return, and we may be able to request photos of the damage and packaging so that we can investigate the matter with our courier and packing service.
Beyond 30 days, no return possible.
Delivery to UK addresses
All our deliveries are operated by Hermes.
If you order multiple items to be delivered to the same address, they can be shipped separately, and we cannot guarantee same day delivery. We make every effort to ship the items on time. If the items are not delivered within the time specified in the confirmation e-mail, please contact our Customer Service Department with the order reference contained in the order confirmation e-mail.
All deliveries must be made to an address (which must be correct) and not to a named person. If a signed delivery to this address is not possible, there will remain a card indicating that the delivery has been attempted and indicating where the items will be kept and the options available for delivery to be attempted again or collection. If the delivery still fails, or if the delivery is refused by the recipient (for example, an unwanted gift), the goods will be returned to our distribution centre and you will be contacted to find out where the products are to be delivered. Refunds will not be available under these circumstances. If we cannot make contact, the returned items will be sent to your address and you will be responsible for any additional costs.
Delivery times may vary depending on availability and warranties or representations regarding delivery times are limited in the UK and are subject to delays resulting from mail delays or force majeure (e.g. weather) for which we will not be responsible. Any new delivery charges incurred as a result of such errors will be transferred to the shipper.
