Our pork has been fed barley flour without GMOs for over 25 years and without antibiotics. He is raised in 3 family farms in the South Channel and 50% of them are raised on sawdust litter and in semi-open air. It is carefully transformed in our Brécey workshops. Fresh vegetables come exclusively from Normandy during the production season and the cream is produced by the Isigny sur Mer dairy in Calvados.
