Our pork has been fed barley flour without GMOs for over 25 years and without antibiotics. He is raised in 3 family farms in the South Channel and 50% of them are raised on science litter and in the open air. It is specifically transformed in our Brécey workshops. Fresh vegetables are exclusively exclusive to Normandy during the production season.
