It is made from carefully selected high-quality grade 1 seeds and 26% Reims vinegar, made exclusively from varietal wines from Champagne Ardenne. Its yellow color, silky texture and wine taste are very characteristic and make it a unique product, anchored in the local gastronomic heritage.
