Authentic and original gastronomy.
The “Baie de Somme”, or Somme bay, is a natural environment of infinite richness that gives life to exceptional fauna and flora: lamb from salt meadows, fish from the bay bloom in the water and shellfish (cockles and mussels) nestle in the sand.
These products offer a nourishing, authentic and iodised food.
The imagination of the chefs of the bay are the delight of gourmets. The variety of landscapes has brought a wide range of local products around which a rich and varied cuisine has been developed, such as pre-salted lamb terrines, fish or chicken Waterzoi and Somme bay cockles.
And finally, the star dish of our producer "Pot 'je Vlees a la bière”, a mixture of four white meats in jelly: rabbit, chicken, pork and veal cooked with a touch of lager which has the effect of softening the taste of the meat during cooking.
